This is my grandma :)
She went from 270+ lbs (before picture is not the biggest) to ~140lbs.
When my grandpa died, she promised him she would lose the weight and become healthy so she could continue to live for the both of them. She was 73 at the time. It took her about 2-3 years to lose half her body weight, but she did it. She began to eat right and do moderate exercise. She joined T.O.P.S., learned about portion control & nutrition, and pushed herself. She’s my biggest inspiration.
Now she’s 80 yrs old and is proof that it is never too late to change your life for the better :)
